Typical work: Runs are commonly 5–11 hours, and some drivers take multiple runs per day when possible.

2) Owner-Operators (Cargo Van / Sprinter Van)

Best for independent operators who want flexibility and business upside.

Earning potential: Owner-operators often fall in the $20–$30+ per hour after expenses (varies by lane, equipment, and workload). Plus great tax advantages.

You’ll be transporting time-sensitive shipments for businesses that need things done right and on time—including same-day courier, scheduled routes, and on-demand expediting. Some days are local. Some runs are longer. The goal is always the same: deliver safe, and protect the customer’s shipment and reputation.
